Workout 7 2 Rds: 3 rep Bear Complex (135/85) 40 Double Unders 10 Two Hand Towel Pullups Rest 6 min Repeat the full 2 rds.
- The Bear Complex is a PC to FS to PP to BS to PP for 1 rep.
The workout was originally written for 2 rope climbs, equipment limitations created the need to substitute. The towel pull-ups are completed by placing the blue towels over the bar and gripping only the towel; kipping is acceptable. If the ropes are available feel free to use them for rope climbs, but do not jump down from the rope. A controlled decent is necessary.
