100 m sprint 10 C2B PU 10 Ring pushups 10m OH walk lunge (45/35) Rest 3 min 6 rds for time
Post fastest, slowest and overall minus 15 min.
*This is a sprint workout, you should have a significant level of lactic acid after each rd. ie, so fast you want to puke.
