Use the weight you used for the previous body weight BS.

Yes, Katie even if you added muscle. This week, lets compare effort with the previous workout's BWT BS for perceived effort, pacing and point of fatigue.
You are welcome to weigh yourself before the workout but for the record I recommend not paying any attention to scales.
