4rds: 5 Muscleups 20 Double Unders 20 Heavy KBS recommended wt. (62/45) Rest 3min
* An appropriate scale for Muscle Ups will be 10 C2B Pullups and 10 Ring Dips. Use a KB wt one step heavier than you would regularly swing in a workout.
Please record fastest/slowest rounds and overall time minus 9mins of rest.
