Workout 3 AMRAP 15 min: Unbroken Sets 15 Double Unders 10 Pullups 5 Thrusters (115/75) *All sets are meant to be unbroken, pausing on the bar for pullups and thrusters is permissible. However, DU must be consecutive and you may not allow your hands to leave the bar for either PU or thrusters. (Pausing on the PU will only help you regain rhythm for kipping, but hanging from the bar will waste your strength. Scaling Options: decrease weight for Thruster if recommended wt exceeds your 5 rep. PU can be scaled to 7 for women.
