5rds: 6 BW BS 9 KBS (70/53) 15 Box Jump (24/20) Rest 3min
Each RD should be a 90-95% perceived effort. Ideally, each time split for the rounds should be maintained or gradually improve.
Please post: BS Weight, Total Time (minus 12min), fastest round and slowest round.

Given a little more thought, neither Mike nor I will realistically be there at 7am on Saturdays. Family time. Who wants to do this with me on Thursday 7-21 during open gym?
