CFA will begin team workouts on Sat July 9 at 7am and will continue every Saturday at 7am. These workouts are intended to build camaraderie among the community, instill a more competitive nature among our athletes and provide an opportunity to train exercises and skills that may be seen in a Crossfit competition. The team workouts are open-invite for all CFA members. Although workouts will be challenging, anyone may come and participate. The team workouts are not a coached class environment. We will not be using the time to work on skill progressions or strengthening individual weaknesses. These should be addressed on your own schedule. IF you find that certain skills are currently not in your "bag of tricks" do not fret, you will still have an enjoyable time. There are many people in the community you have great tips for learning a new skill. There also will be ways to scale the workout if needed.
